Shipping policy

Every piece is made and packed in my home studio in Louisville, Kentucky. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Where I ship

I ship anywhere in the United States, and I ship internationally too. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Processing times

In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces ship within 5 to 10 business days.
Custom orders ship on the date we agree on together.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Around the holidays, processing can take a little longer. If you need something by a certain date, send me a note before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it.

Delivery and tracking

US orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Most US orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship. Delivery times come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Local pickup

Live near Louisville? Choose Pickup at checkout. When your order is ready, I'll email you, and you can pick it up from the red box on my front porch anytime that's convenient for you.

Address changes

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email me right away and I'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If a package comes back to me because of an incorrect address, I'll send it out again once the new postage is covered.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands, but I'll help however I can. If tracking says delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and anyone else at the address, then contact the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email me within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I'll make it right.
